Job Description: We are looking for proactive Yard Operatives to join our client’s team in Hartlepool. As a Yard Operative, you will be responsible for various tasks within the yard, contributing to the smooth operation of the facility. This role requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, so resilience and a positive attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling hand and power tools proficiently.
- Assisting with various tasks related to yard operations.
- Maintaining a strong commitment to Health & Safety standards.
- Demonstrating reliability and punctuality in attendance.
- Collaborating effectively with team members to accomplish goals.
- Upholding quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Prior experience using hand and power tools is required.
- Strong work ethic with a desire to complete tasks effectively.
- Availability to work 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday), 7am-4pm.
- Willingness to work additional hours as needed, with overtime compensation.
- Previous experience in production or plant environments is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations and protocols.
- Good timekeeping skills and a dependable nature.
