Central Employment are looking to identify driven, successful Sales Directors as we engage and support an award-winning global Digital Marketing Agency, as part of there UK & US commercial growth.
- Up to £65,000 DOE
- North East based + hybrid, potentially remote
- OTE £100k+

Sales Director profile:
The new Sales Director/Senior Sales Manager will be a self-starter with an un-wavered drive to strategically map out and execute there EMEA growth objectives in key territories. You will be responsible for proactively sourcing, engaging and securing new business. Ensuring consistent, profitable growth with brands they aspire to work with, focusing on the eCommerce market. You will inherit a small sales team, with the opportunity to develop and build out.
Main responsibilities of the Sales Director:
- Build, lead and manage a small sales team to maximise their performance
- Deliver a new business plan that will achieve half year and annual sales team targets
- Collaborate with the CEO and MD of the UK team, to develop and execute a sales strategy
- Coach and develop the capabilities of your team
- Personally win new client accounts so that you achieve your own sales targets
Essential Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years in selling value add Marketing/Digital Marketing services
- Circa 2 years in a sales management role
- Has a track record of selling to retail clients
- Had a track record of selling directly to Marketing c-suite
- A proven track record in consultative selling with sales cycles of 3 – 6 months
