Central Employment are working in partnership with a rapidly expanding Online Retail organisation, as they look to recruit a proven and motivated eCommerce & Performance Marketing Manager.

eCommerce & Performance Marketing Manager profile:

Developing and executing online sales strategies, overseeing website performance, managing inventory and product listings, and ensuring customer satisfaction, all while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyse data to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the e-commerce website and campaigns.
  • Oversee website design, functionality, and user experience (UX).
  • Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Optimize website content and structure for search engine optimisation (SEO).
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the online shopping journey.
  • Lead and motivate the e-commerce team, if applicable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, IT).
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.

Skills/Qualifications/Knowledge:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field ideally Retail and or Interiors
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email marketing).
  • Knowledge of web design and UX principles.
  • Experience with Klaviyo and Shopify platforms.
