Key Responsibilities:

• Process Operations:
  • Conducting various process tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the production line.
  • Ensuring products meet quality standards and reporting any issues.
  • Adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Customer Service:
  • Assisting with customer queries and providing accurate information about products and services.
  • Handling customer complaints with professionalism and escalating where necessary.
  • Collaborating with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Experience in a process operative role or similar environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Flexibility to work staggered shifts: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
