Shift Pattern: Morning Shift – 8:30am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
Are you an Experienced MIG Welder looking for an exciting opportunity in North Shields? Join their dynamic team and become an integral part of the manufacturing process on a temporary to permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Weld to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
- Monitor performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure precision and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on Welding machines to ensure optimal functionality.
- Weld and Fabricate various different products
Requirements:
- Awareness of those around you
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time & attendance.
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder
Shift Pattern:
- Day Shift [8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday]
Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay rate of £14.50p/h
