Location: Hetton-le-Hole, England, Houghton le Spring DH5 0RH

We are a leading packaging supply shop in Hetton-le-Hole, seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as Production Operatives. If you have experience working with nail guns and are ready to contribute to a thriving work environment, we want to hear from you!

Job Details:

• Position: Production Operative
• Shifts:
  • Days: 6.30 am to 2.30 pm
  • Backs: 2.30 pm to 10.30 pm

Pay Rates:

• Tier 1: £11.56 across all 3 shifts (other rates depend on ability)
• Tier 2: £12.01

Overtime Rates:

• Weekdays: 1.25x
• Saturday: 1.5x
• Sunday: Double time

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating nail guns and other production machinery.
• Ensuring high-quality output and meeting production targets.
• Adhering to safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with nail guns and production machinery.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work across different shifts.
