Shift Pattern: 2 Shifts (Morning, Afternoon)
Pay Rate: £14.83 -£19.77 per hour
Are you an Experienced CNC Operator with a strong amount of programming experience looking for an exciting opportunity in Cramlington? Join their dynamic team and become an integral part of the manufacturing process on a temporary to permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
- Monitor machine performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure precision and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal functionality.
- Ability to Programme Machinery via Mazak or Mazatrol.
Requirements:
- Awareness of those around you
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time & attendance.
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.
- Experience in Mazak or Mazatrol Programming
Shift Pattern:
- Morning Shift: [7am-2:30pm Monday-Friday]
- Afternoon Shift: [2:30pm-10pm Monday-Friday]
Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay rate of £14.83 per hour, plus shift allowance.
