Position: FLT Operator (Counterbalance & Reach)

Location: Sunderland

Working Hours: 12pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday

Hourly Rate: £12.37 per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated FLT Operator to join our team in Sunderland. The ideal candidate will possess both Counterbalance and Reach Forklift licenses and have a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. This will be working within the Goods-In Department as well as doing occasional Van runs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Counterbalance and Reach Forklifts to move goods within the warehouse
• Load and unload deliveries efficiently and safely
• Conduct daily equipment checks and maintain operational safety
• Assist with inventory management and stock control
• Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and safe
• Ability to go out in the Van when required

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance and Reach Forklift licenses
• Valid driving license (clean driving license preferred)
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical condition to handle the demands of the job
