Central Employment is working in partnership with a Global Packaging Company for their site based in Rowlands Gill.

Job Overview:

Our client is looking to recruit an Enthusiastic and passionate administrator to join their technical team within Rowlands Gill.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Group Technical Manager
• Keeping customer compliance up to date
• Keeping site compliance up to date
• Filling out paperwork and customer questionnaires
• Interpreting, gathering and analysis of key data.
• Analysis of data to ensure all information is correct.
• Carefully and accurately completing and recording forms for our existing clients.
• Communicating effectively with customers.

Requirements:

• An organised, detail focussed and proactive individual.
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and able to work quickly and accurately.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with ISO and BSI standards would be beneficial

Schedule:

• 20 hours per week. 4 hours per day (possibly less days but more hours per day to total 20)
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
