We have been working with Central Employment for over 12 years now. During this time, we have re-tendered our agency provider and Central have always been successful in this process. The reason for this is not only good value for money, but they offer a service that continues to support our business in this everchanging landscape.
Both Phil and Ben support us with having continual induction sessions to allow us to have a pool of people that we can use as our production demands fluctuate and more importantly the staff they provide us with are treated ethically and with respect.
They are GLA registered and always support us during customer audits when required.
We have quarterly KPI meetings with them, allowing us to discuss any improvements, concerns and plans for the forthcoming months.
We have never had an issue with supply which as a production site is paramount to the operational part of our business.
