Central Training

Central Employment are delighted to announce the launch of our new training division.

Central Training will be overseen by Director, Steven Hart and managed by our newly appointed Training Manager, Lisa Mood. Bringing over 15 years’ business development experience and 11 years within the Further Education and Training Sector. Lisa has operated at senior management level both operationally and strategically, giving her excellent knowledge and lasting relationships within this sector.

Jill Robinson, who has 17 years’ experience within the Further Education and Welfare to Work industry also joins the team as an Employability and Partnership officer. Jill has excellent knowledge and skills in relation to supporting and designing programmes of work that will allow candidates to return to employment.

Central Training, aims to enhance and expand the services we currently provide to our clients and candidates as well as other businesses throughout the North East. We provide a highly tailored Recruitment and Training Service that will bridge skill gaps to help build and shape the current and future workforce enabling growth and productivity.

We would like to offer our One stop shop Recruitment and Training Service to all employers throughout the North East, across a wide variety of sectors.

We have a comprehensive team of Trainers/Instructors and associate partners, with a vast range of expertise within various industries, whose delivery experience ranges from mandatory training requirements, accredited awards and certification including NVQs, Apprenticeships and bespoke training solutions.

In addition, we carry out Staff Surveys, Training/ Business Needs Analysis on your behalf to determine individual components and career goals and match them to your succession planning that will allow you to achieve your business growth and productivity plans.

We also provide advice and guidance on available funding that will help you utilise your levy, maximise your training budget and provide FREE training.

We work across communities to deliver skills and qualifications to unemployed people, as well as those at risk of redundancy that will meet the needs of employers and job sectors. This will enhance people’s chances of accessing and gaining sustainable employment. Everyone will be fully supported throughout the transition into work.

We believe that training is at its best when it is interactive, bespoke and relevant. We strive to understand your business needs and instil these principles into every training course we deliver and design.
