Customer Service Representative
Central Employment is currently looking for committed and passionate customer service representatives to work for one of our clients based in Durham.
Role Responsibilities
- Managing complaints in a timely, professional manner with communication to the customer being key.
- Ensure a high professional manner is up taken at all times
- Undertake any duties as may be reasonably assigned by management.
- Respond to all incoming email enquiries regarding sales questions.
- Answer all incoming sales & customer service calls.
- Prepare finance options and filter through and send payment emails to customers
- Gain a good knowledge of products and assist customers efficiently.
- Managing social media Facebook, Insta, GetResponse etc.
- Support team members with payment queries and product knowledge
- Compliance with all company Health and Safety Policies/Regulations.
- Ensure a high quality, customer focused service at all times.
- Excellent communication skills with a wide range of customers, suppliers and colleagues.
Candidate Requirements
- Use of various IT systems such as Microsoft in-house databases
- Maximize sales and share customer centered goals and objectives with colleagues
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Deliver excellent customer service experience at all times
Rate Of Pay
- £12.08ph Shifts
- Monday – Friday – 09:00am – 17:00pm
