Role Overview: The IML Technician ensures the efficient and high-quality operation of In-Mold Labeling (IML) machines, adhering to customer requirements and BRC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations:

- Safely operate IML machines and robotics.
- Perform product changeovers and setups according to specifications.
- Diagnose and resolve machine faults.
- Maintain machine efficiency and minimize scrap production.
- Communication:

- Report progress and issues to the Team Leader or Shift Manager.
- Ensure accurate handover to the next shift.
- Documentation:

- Record and segregate scrap products.
- Complete required IT system entries and paperwork accurately, including downtime logs.
- Quality Control:

- Maintain the highest hygiene standards in the IML area.
- Health & Safety:

- Use equipment correctly and report any safety issues.
