Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Working with various products to ensure they’re safe for use using Machinery.
- Monitor machine performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure precision and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on your machines to ensure optimal functionality.
Requirements:
- Awareness of those around you
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time & attendance.
- Proven experience in Assembly or General Machine Operation.
- Comfortable with heavy lifting.
Shift Pattern:
- Morning Shift: [7am-3pm Monday-Friday]
- Afternoon Shift: [3pm-11pm Monday-Friday]
- Night Shift: [11pm-7am Monday-Thursday]
Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay rate of £11.44, plus shift allowance.
- Post Parity Pay Increase
