Celebrating a 20 year Milestone Anniversary!

Congratulations to our Operations Director, Mark Trett, on a remarkable 20 year milestone anniversary with Central!

Mark joined Central in 2004 as an Office Administrator before being given his opportunity as a Recruitment Consultant, working in the busy Industrial and Manufacturing team. After almost 10 years as a Consultant, Mark had established himself as one of the company’s most successful consultants with a reputation built on high standards and excellent client and candidate relationships.

He then progressed into a Business Development role where he was able to solidify and expand his network through his people skills, client focused mindset and reputation for delivering a reliable service. He has a genuine passion for recruitment and takes pride in the level of service he provides. Mark is highly organised with some  OCD tendencies and sets himself and team high standards and is a big believer in leading by example.

In 2015, Mark played a pivotal role in the management buyout of Central, paving the way for a new era of growth and success. His professionalism, diligence, and passion for driving our company forward is truly inspiring. Mark oversees all of the internal staff training and development of the team to ensure that the company achieves its mission and objectives.

Setting the bar high with his exacting standards, he motivates our team to aim for excellence every day. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping the success we have today, and we are truly grateful for his continued dedication to our business development.
