As a Process Operator, you will play a vital role for our clients’ manufacturing operations, ensuring the safe and efficient production of pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Operating high-speed blister pack lines to ensure
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime and prevent disruptions to production.
- Adhere to cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements to maintain product quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and productivity gains.
- Complete documentation and record-keeping tasks accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
The Person
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or technical principles, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Familiarity with cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing would be desirable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
You must be prepared to follow the work patterns which are – 6.00am – 14.00pm, 14.00pm – 22.00pm & 22.00pm – 06.00am
