High-flying apprentices land jobs with employment specialists

Central Employment, the Newcastle-based independent recruitment specialists, is celebrating after two apprentices completed their courses, passing with distinctions.

Apprentices James Spencer and Chloe Keogan exceeded expectations, completing their apprenticeships and coursework to distinction level, and have now secured permanent roles with Central Employment.

Throughout the year-long course, they both passed their practice and theory work with flying colours, working hard to impress colleagues and bosses to secure permanent specialist roles within the recruitment sector.

James will take up the position of recruitment coordinator in the industrial and construction departments, providing resourcing and admin support.

Chloe will join the payroll team as payroll officer and will support the administration and compliance of Central Employment’s workforce.

Mark Trett, Central Employment, Director, said: “We are delighted with James’ and Chloe’s hard work and dedication to achieving such high standards in their practice and theory work, which is very commendable indeed.

“James is already proving to be a great addition within our recruitment team by supporting busy consultants with day-to-day candidate generation and building relationships with clients.

“Chloe has become an important part of the Central Employment accounts team and is gaining knowledge of all aspects of our busy payroll department.

“We have successfully offered apprenticeship roles for many years across our business and are planning to increase the roles we make available for apprenticeships as we look to grow our headcount and expand our business.”
