TPS Rental Systems operates a site in Hexham manufacturing LDPE liners for use in bulk IBC containers.
The site is experiencing a rapid expansion in both the scale and complexity of its operation. This has required a concomitant expansion in workforce with the addition of a further late shift to supplement the existing day shift and an increase in the head count across both working patterns.
Central Employment Agency, with their main point of contact for our site Shaun Kyle, have proved to be very responsive in meeting our increased labour demands and respond readily to any queries or issues that arise.
Shaun is always available to attend site when required and has held a number of inductions here at our Hexham factory for new colleagues.
