Central Launch New & Exciting Training Division

Central Employment are pleased to announce that we have now launched our training division.

Many of our clients had mentioned that they would like us to offer training for current and future employees in order to keep everything ‘under one roof with Central’ so, In order to continue to offer our clients a bespoke service covering all aspects of recruitment and after being accepted on to the Register of Training Organisations (RoTo), we have taken the step to open our training division.

Candidate Training

Our aim is to help up skill and educate our current temporary workforce along with unemployed people looking to get into work. This will be done through our range of specific training programmes designed to give workers a good understanding of the various industries we work with. Our courses vary in length, are delivered locally and result in candidates achieving nationally recognised qualifications, guaranteed interview with one of the North East’s largest independent recruiters and an improved chance of inductions and interview with one of our many clients.

We have access to government funding which enables us to deliver all training at no cost to the candidates. Courses are often tailored to our specific clients’ needs to make sure that any new employees have a good understanding of the business they are entering into, providing a benefit to both client and candidate.
